Job Description

This position is responsible for documenting, administering, improving and managing processes within the Technology department to ensure the department’s efficient operation. These processes include 30/60/90-day onboarding planning and coordinating for employees and execution of all administrative functions and/or cross-functions across all technology locations (Milford, Miami, International). Administrative leads multiple Technology cost centers will report directly into this position. This position is also responsible for administering meetings and events including annual team events, and offsite meetings, etc. Additionally, this roles is also responsible for several critical efforts related to departmental reporting, departmental accounting, Travel & Expense Management, Calendar and Meeting Management, Facility and Space Planning, Technology team sites and email distribution lists and Technology Invoice and Payment Processing.

Essential Functions:

  • Process Leadership, which includes measuring, monitoring, improving, execution, and data entry of onboarding, offboarding, space planning
  • Leadership and Management of all coordinator and administrative staff
  • Event and Meeting Planning and Execution
  • Travel and Expense planning, accounting, and execution
  • Pay all invoices for retail technology - manage the review, approval and payment process across all technology offices
  • Misc. Other duties as assigned, including billing and recovery accounting for waiver violations and unreturned technology

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Required in Business or related field
  • 3-5 years' of experience in administration and 2+ project coordination
  • Very well organized, with strong ability to multi task
  • Direct and succinct written and verbal communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Advanced MS Office (including Teams/Zoom for Web Conferences) Experience
  • Detail and deadline oriented, with strong aptitude on logistics
  • Strong supervisory and mentoring skills
  • Must be be knowledgeable and have the ability to stay up-to-date in all areas of the technologies available to franchisees
