Lucid is seeking a Contracts Manager with expertise in Facilities-related contracts. The Contract Manager will work closely with all members of the Corporate Facilities team, as well as Legal, Real Estate, Finance, Purchasing, and Insurance.
The Contracts Manager will support the management process for a variety of agreements including confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, services agreements, and license agreements. This position will involve contract coordination, routing, and execution, as well as maintenance of the contract management database. You Will:
  • Coordinate the management process for NDAs, MSAs, PSAs, SOWs, and Change Orders.

  • Confirm that contracts are consistent with the organization’s policies.

  • Notify business owners of proposed non-standard terms and manage changes.

  • Manage routing of contracts for review and signature, by internal and external parties.

  • Notify internal and external parties of contract status.

  • Track and maintain supporting contract documentation.

  • Maintain contracts and related data in the organization’s designated legal electronic systems.

  • Educate internal and external parties regarding the contract administration process.

  • Ensure approval of costs associated with contracts within the procurement system, prior to routing for signature.

  • Create Purchase Requisitions and Orders.

  • Collect vendor information to allow for new vendor processing.

  • Manage relationships between vendors and Corporate Facilities, Finance, and Legal.
You Bring:
  • 5+ years of professional work experience.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing contract management processes, including process maps.

  • Experience working with contract management and enterprise software systems.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Outgoing, proactive, and positive attitude, and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment.

  • Comfortable working with all levels and functions in a constructive fashion to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
