Sheet Metal Worker - 4 month Contract to Hire

Four Day (10 Hours/Day) Work Weeks with potential Overtime

Position Summary:
The qualified candidate should have solid mechanical aptitude, experience using various hand tools, power tools, fixtures, jigs, and other tools and tooling, and a willingness and ability to handle a variety of tasks.

Experience with operating a pemming machine, CNC punch press, and/or press brake, and the ability to read mechanical schematics (blueprints) is a plus.

Applicants must be reliable, punctual, and have a great work ethic.

Job Duties:

• Assembling and finishing aluminum, copper, steel and plastic parts.
• Powder coating, masking, and washing parts as required.
• Assemble/disassemble heat sinks and work with robotics.
• Pemming aluminum parts.
• Operate a CNC Punch Press and/or Press Brake.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
