Assurance is growing quickly, and we need a highly productive recruiting coordinator to join our team. This role will be focused on keeping candidates engaged between offer and start date, providing support to our recruiting leads, and other team members, helping our recruiting organization run efficiently and smoothly! We’ll expect this person to be a highly self-sufficient, able to get a lot done with little direction. You should strive in hyper-growth environment, enjoy finding innovation solutions to common problems, and have a mind that's always seeking opportunities for efficiency.

This is a contract recruiting role, but our team is continuing to grow and will consider our contract partners for full-time opportunities as they become available.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
    • Passion for the details, and the ability to keep track of a lot at once
    • Exceptional ability to work self-sufficiently
    • Comfort in modern platforms and systems
    • Proven track record of managing a high volume of candidates by finding scaled efficiencies
