Contract Recruiter- Engineering/Manufacturing Experience

We have an immediate opening for an exciting long-term assignment as a Remote Contract Manufacturing Recruiter in either Pennsylvania or Massachusetts. Reporting to the Regional Recruiting Manager this opportunity will help the CertainTeed manufacturing plants identify, engage & retain top talent.

You have a passion for College recruitment with young engineers across the country as well as experience in a manufacturing environment. This opportunity is for you!

We are offering you the opportunity to have flexible hours working full or part-time to meet business needs. Hourly pay will start at $25.00 to $30.00/hour and will be commensurate with relevant prior experience.

The successful candidate will spend several months engaging with our plant locations, remotely, ensuring a thorough understanding of their staffing needs and challenges. Activity will include College jobs fare, posting on various outlets, marketing the opportunities locally, sourcing electronically, screening interested candidates, and scheduling for hiring manager interviews.

The Manufacturing Recruiter will have the opportunity to track and regularly report on progress, identify gaps in the recruiting life cycle, and problem-solve to react to these opportunities.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree, preferred

· Minimum of 4 years’ prior talent acquisition/manufacturing and engineering recruiting experience required

· Ability to demonstrate familiarity with Microsoft
