Department: Environmental Health & Safety

Work Location: 250 Broadway but are assigned to visit/assess any of NYCHA’s locations where there has been a significant rise in the number of reported CV-19 cases

Job Summary:

The COVID-19 Safety Team will conduct on site oversight to ensure NYCHA continues to comply with the guidance and directives for maintaining a clean and safe work environment issued by the Department of Health (DOH). The COVID-Safety Team will report directly to the Assistant Director of the Employee Safety Oversight Team

Daily Duties:

• Review and approve vendor site safety plans
• Monitor location compliance by doing site visits
• Investigate reports of employee COVID infections
• Provide support and guidance to locations

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
