Responsibilities for Concierge / Front Desk Agent

• Maintain and orderly front desk area
• Register & process guests
• Accommodate tenant requests
• Make recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area
• Promote property services and upsell the neighborhood experience
• Liaison to the property vendors on behalf of the property management and tenants.
• Answer the phone and direct calls
• Maintain the record of comings and goings

Qualifications for Front Desk Agent

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
• Ability to efficiently organize & juggle lots of details and tasks
• A degree in hotel management is preferred
• Able to work nights, holidays and weekends
