The ideal candidate will be responsible for

• Lead team of Computer/Hardware Technicians providing global support for inventory tracking, labeling, shipping, RMAs, hardware repair, system installations
• Establish standards for and lead the team in providing factory support for racking, stacking, and cabling hardware, updating firmware for systems received
• Submit all logistics related documentation; maintain current knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications as assigned, and work extensively with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Visio
• Support CONUS/OCONUS site surveys to assess suitability for system installations
• Configure computers, communications devices, and peripheral equipment
• Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
