Job Duties:

• Manages a personal set of accounts and contacts at key referral sources. Documents all sales call and patient assessments in Covenant Care systems in accordance to the policy and
  procedures.
• Meet or exceed targeted referral, admission, and conversion goals to assist represented centers to achieve budgeted occupancy
• Develops referrals from hospitals' social services and discharge planning departments, physicians, case managers, insurance companies and other referral sources
• Makes outside sales calls to hospital social workers, physicians, hospital discharge planners and administrators, to understand the need for program services and to communicate services
  offered which meet these needs to obtain referrals of patients with the goal of developing new business.
• Demonstrates growth in hospital referrals, as reflected in an overall occupancy and quality mix in assigned centers.

Minimum Requirements:

• 
  Must have 2+ years experience interacting and working with hospital based clinicians (physicians, nurses, discharge planners, and social workers).
• Must have 2+ years experience in an outside sales and marketing role, with demonstrated experience in making sales calls to healthcare professionals.
• Clinical experience is a plus.
