We have revolutionized the furniture shopping experience by providing “shoppertainment”, with stores that have IMAX theaters, restaurants, ice cream shops, ropes courses, and much more! Our recipe for success for the past 100 years has been simple and sincere- - treat our employees like family and they will treat our guests the same. It’s no surprise that our average employee tenure is over 11 years!Responsibilities: Our Sales Representatives are the best in the industry. They provide our guests with a non-pressured shopping experience that is enjoyable, fun, and productive. They use a consultative selling approach to find the right merchandise to fit the guests wants, needs, and budget.
Sales Representatives receive an hourly base pay plus commission. Full time earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000 annually! Part time employees earn $30 - $40 per hour. Full time is a four day work week of Saturday, Sunday, and two weekdays. Part time is a three day work week of Saturday, Sunday, and one week day. Successful Sales Representatives are rewarded with incentives and bonuses.

- Preferably 2 years of commissioned sales experience
- Success in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs
- Professional demeanor and dress
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 consecutive hours , averaging 7 miles per shift
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedules include both Saturday and Sunday
