Commercial Construction Project Manager

In need of a commercial construction field project manager. Experience is required. Looking for a highly self motivated individual capable of an on site supervisor position. The position is a high paced demanding schedule that requires customer interaction. This is a contract labor position, with a competitive pay depending on experience.

• Demonstrate the ability to read, understand and apply complex documents including but not limited to: proposals, technical specifications, architectural and shop drawings
• Track progress of each project component against goals, objectives, approved budgets and approved timelines.
• Ability to work well under pressure and solve difficult problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
