Cocktail Server/Bartender

Award winning high-end cocktail bar located in the heart of Southlake looking to hire experienced, hard-working and energetic staff for multiple open Cocktail Server-Bartender positions.

We have created an upscale- causal environment. We offer a Mon-Sun Brunch, live entertainment, hand crafted cocktails, a fully stocked bar with an extensive liquor and wine selection, with a crafted coffee bar set within an intimate and inviting atmosphere. Seating includes dining room, bar, patio and café style accommodations, providing a morning to night setting of offerings to our clients.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

-General food, spirit and wine knowledge – we will help ensure all staff is knowledgeable and well versed in our specific offerings

-Upbeat attitude and personality with good communication skills

-Ability to work on your feet and carry drinks, trays, food

-Control flow of room and service while assisting in seating of guests

-Ability to proactively gauge service requests and clientele needs

-Build rapport with team, guests and regulars, carry a friendly and positive attitude and provide professional service while creating a fun and rewarding work environment

-Contribute to keeping a safe, clean and organized environment

-Overall passion for Hospitality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $75.00 per hour

• Casual dining restaurant

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Southlake, TX 76092: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Bar: 5 years (Preferred)
• Restaurant: 5 years (Preferred)
