Job Description
Responsibilities:
You must be able to understand dementia and ensure you are able to navigate within the elderly community. You must be able to delegate your duties. In which underlines the Title on which you applied for. Raises come within the 90 days of great performance in a timely manner. Will revisit the details within the hiring process.
CNA: Passionate, dependable, and able to delegate your time with our company and to ensure the consumer needs are met when it comes to the Policies and procedures of our company.
Caregiver:
Companionship, medication reminder, light housekeeping and able to follow the company policies and regulations you will need to ensure the consumer needs are met.
Field Coordinator: Highly recommended needs to be a people person able to communicate with family caregivers. Have some computer skills background. Follow the policies and procedures of the company and the state of pensive basic Pennsylvania regulations in regards to Home Health Agency.
