CNA - Private Duty - Full Time - Days

Week #1 - Monday thru Friday

Week #2 - Wednesday thru Sunday

Patient Home Location - Wildersville TN

Branch Office Location - Brownsville TN

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care to residents
• Assist patient with daily routines such as personal hygiene, bath functions, taking vitals, meals, bed change etc.
• Lifting or transporting into and out of beds, wheelchairs, showers, chairs, etc.
• Report and update records on patient’s conditions
• Follow instructions from the nurse

• Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA in the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
