Duration: 6+ Months


Description

The contingent worker will work on building modernization authentication/authorization stack. This also includes support to security services product/services. Should have a cloud experience along with scripting knowledge.


Qualifications

  • ?
  • Experience with API Gateways (Kong Gateway/CA-API Gateway)
  • Excellent knowledge about API design standards patterns, open API specifications and best practices especially Swagger and OpenAPI 2.0, REST, JSON, XML
  • Familiarity with Cloud Watch, RDS, ECS, Route53, ALB, NLB, AWS Secrets manager and AWS WAF
  • Has experience on Linux, Unix, Java, Bamboo, Bitbucket
  • Automation skills using Cloud Formation Templates, Python, Shell scripting
  • Experience in installing and configuring Kong API Gateway and integrating with existing APIs
  • Experience of automating Kong API gateway configurations as part of DevOps pipeline
  • Understanding of protocols, services, and traffic flows
  • Understanding of JWTs and their usage
  • Understanding of service mesh and side car patterns
  • Experience with at least one standard network security protocol. (eg. OAuth, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP)
  • Java API for RESTful Web Services (JAX-RS)
  • Good exposure on Layer 7 API Gateway, Authentication mechanism like Oauth 2.0, Basic, Mutual Authentication, WS-security, Encryption, Decryption using different SHA Algorithms
