Job Description


The Clinical Outreach Representative is often the first person to introduce the organization to potential clients and clinicians alike. He/she represents Discovery’s values and mission and plays an integral role in the marketing of our services to the outside world. The work of the Clinical Outreach Representative contributes to the branding of the organization as a leading provider of mental healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with various healthcare professionals
  • Planning, producing and presenting in-service workshops and seminars to clinical and insurance professionals
  • Growing the Discovery referral base

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
  • Sales and Marketing experience
  • Clinical background is preferred
  • Contacts with various hospitals and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to network with all levels of management and healthcare professionals
  • Experience performing in-service and seminars to clinical professionals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities, develop plans, and implement marketing campaigns
  • Ability to maintain accurate reports on referral tracking and trends
