Job Description

  • Responsible for assisting in the day to day operation of all Evergreen Center Programs under the authority delegated by the Chief Clinical Officer including but not limited to participation in and supervision of clinical and administrative on-call responsibilities.

  • Participates on the Educational Review Team and assists in the supervision of the development of Individual Education Plans, Individual Services Plans, and case reviews.

  • Responsible for the direct supervision of Overnight Supervisors, Operations Coordinator, Behavioral Educators, Evening and Weekend Supervisors and Vocational Head Teacher.

  • Monitors the staff performance evaluation process and the resolution of personnel problems.

  • Participates in and supervision of clinical and administrative on-call responsibilities.

  • Participates with the Admissions Team in enrollment screenings.

  • Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of operational and personnel policies and procedures.

  • Assists in the review of all supervision waivers and recommends action to the Chief Clinical Officer.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field required, doctorate preferred.

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst required. Massachusetts Special Education Certification also required.

  • Three years of administrative experience, and five years of relevant experience with persons who have multiple challenges. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all students, their families, staff, management personnel and public safety officials.
