Job Description
Client Services Representative
Provide client service assistance to AGFinancial retirement and investment clients. Customer service experience is required. A college degree and experience in the financial services industry is preferred however a high school diploma or GED is required. Must have exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal skills; attentive to detail and knowledgeable with utilizing multiple computer software programs. Bilingual language (Spanish) skills a plus.
This position reports to the Client Services Manager.
