As the Client Services Analyst, you will provide day to day client servicing of both external and internal clients by researching account and transaction records to resolve basic discrepancies, and answer questions, process transactions for Clients or provide documentation on client activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound client calls. Respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

  • Facilitate client directed transactions incl. wires, research requests and assist with account maintenance. Prepare customized reports / summaries as needed

  • Organize and maintain files, correspondence and records in accordance with policy

  • Assist Product Teams (e.g. Discretionary Portfolio Management - DPM) in managing and servicing their client’s transaction and account opening needs

  • Adhering to all regulatory policies and operating procedures; responsible for ensuring proper documentation is on file for all wire requests and following High Risk Media (HRM) policy

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the Private Bank product offerings (e.g. DPM, Custody, Trust etc)

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Series 7, 63 preferred

  • Prior experience in Wealth Management, both banking and brokerage

  • Organized professional who demonstrates sound judgment; strong analytical tool kit with the ability to instill trust and deliver the desired results. Ability to assess issues, evaluate risks, and suggest corrective actions. Leadership skills with the capacity to take initiative, as well as assume responsibility

  • Relationship builder who develops trust and respect with internal and external stakeholders. Confidence in liaising across business lines, front office and different time zones incl. offshore

  • Adherence to regulatory policies, guidelines and processes to deliver outstanding quality of work.
