Job Description
S2Technologies is looking for qualified Geospatial professionals to join our team as an on-site Client Support Technician at various AMC bases supporting the Fusion Warfare Initiative and the Mission Planning Cell by providing 8 x 5 IT support for each Wing’s Fusion Warfare tasks. Active TS/SCI Required. Typical tasks include:

- Provide on-site support to the SIO management of AMC AF SCI & ULI systems and users at 12 Active Duty Wings not located at Scott AFB
- Provide CST support for local Wing personnel using AF SCI/ULI systems in conjunction with HQ AMC A2, AIS/IN, 16 AF, 616 ACOMS, AF SCI PMO, and local Wing Communication Squadron personnel guidance.
- Provide Trouble Ticket System and Functional Server Administration (FSA) support to resolve local trouble tickets received from the ESD to include, but not limited to, hardware and/or software installation or maintenance requiring a person to physically be at the workstation.
- SIPRNET/AF SCI Tasks. Contractor shall provide SIPRNET/AF SCI support, eGPL support, assist with GRRIP kit testing/trouble.
- Establish operational software configuration controls and system interfaces for computer system(s) assigned.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance.
- Prepare system for operational use and support operational tests.
- Assist in reviewing, preparing, and updating accreditation packages.
- Notify customer when changes occur that might affect accreditation/certification.
- Perform self-inspections, provide security coordination, and review system test plans.
- Identify vulnerabilities and implement countermeasures.
- Ensure network nodes are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with security policies and practices.
- Perform VTC System Administration, Scheduling, & Configuration
- Perform account creations, changes, & deletions as required on AF TS/SCI domain
- Provide troubleshooting up to Tier 2
- Perform Hardware/Software System Configuration, upgrades/modifications as required.
- Provide system security support as defined in the Security CONOP and Policy for AF SCI.
- Minimize risks to operations by understanding and acting on network threats, vulnerabilities, and attacks in coordination with the Intelligence Community Command Information Security Officer (IC CISO), regional ESC and/or C-SOC. Educate and communicate with base leadership and systems users on migration efforts, operational orders, network threats, vulnerabilities, and other actions.
- Provide support to the SIO for all suspected security incidents involving classified systems. Support the MAJCOM IC CISO with SCI spill cleanup oversight and tracking until the incident is closed.
- Serve as the Communication Security (COMSEC) Responsible Officer (CRO) for AF SCI network crypto material and loading keymat into TACLANEs supporting TS/SCI cleared personnel at their assigned Wing.
- Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Duty. The contractor will serve as local ISSO for TS/SCI cleared personnel at their assigned Wing.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Demonstrate significant relevant experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Hands on system experience preferred
- AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of experience
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Some candidates required to have and maintain IAT level II DoD 8570 certification.
