What We Do: ACES is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families impacted with autism and other developmental disorders. We provide comprehensive ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities throughout the Western United States.

What You'll Do: Work directly with our clinical staff to coordinate and schedule ABA therapy services for kids with autism, including identifying staffing needs, utilizing industry-leading scheduling software to ensure accuracy of client schedules, providing recruiting direction for future staffing needs, and managing special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Energetic self-starter with superb problem solving and organizational skills
• Professional and friendly communicator, can listen well and ask the right questions
• Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office
• Supply chain logistics experience/education strongly preferred
• Flexible multi-tasker who can find the needle in the haystack, even if they weren't told to look for it
