We are looking for a Full Desk Recruiter with 3+ months agency experience to join our team!

THE ROLE:

  • Full life cycle sales —from networking, qualifying, negotiating to onboarding!
  • Building a desk & book of business via e-sales, cold-calling, and networking
  • Connecting directly with technical managers to network and gather requirements necessary to fill their hiring needs.
  • Recruiting top talent by understanding the job seekers skillsets and where they’re looking to take their career
  • Utilizing tools provided such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Setting up interviews between hiring managers and qualified candidates.
  • Getting hands on training and one-on-one support from our managers and training and development team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Cold calling and Business Development experience
  • B2B sales is a plus
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree
