Overview:

MDVIP, based in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a healthcare marketing Client Growth Analyst who will support multiple aspects of the marketing function related to growth and retention of members and physicians through analyzing the customer journey, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting virtual engagements. Responsibilities span across product ownership, content deployment and management, as well as research/analytics. Focuses on increasing the perception of membership value through higher utilization of digital membership benefits, ultimately increasing patient satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.


This role is based at our corporate office, however a hybrid corporate office and work from home schedule may be available based on position and departmental needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes digital usage trends for MDVIP membership benefits and identifies opportunities/strategies to drive further utilization and innovation.
  • Improves utilization to drive perception of membership value, prevent patient churn, and activate word of mouth. Using data and insights, recommends future road mapping opportunities to enhance usage.
  • Identifies and updates content as needed through Content Management System (e.g., Drupal).
  • Builds and optimizes marketing campaigns across platforms and throughout the customer journey, mostly focused on patient retention and brand/practice advocacy programs (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing automation).
  • Supports design, development, and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conducts ad-hoc research and analysis and develops recommendations to drive sustainable growth of the MDVIP network.

Qualifications:

Education / Experience / Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the study of Marketing or Business and at least 3 years related business experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling. Related experience assumes a similar corporate role focused on email marketing/automation and content management software. Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of, or prior use of CRM (e.g. Salesforce) as well as an understanding of email marketing/automation and content management software.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel and skills, with at least intermediate proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new technology/software quickly
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Marketo or other email automation program
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce
  • Advanced knowledge of CMS (e.g. Drupal)
  • Experience in healthcare marketing
Corporate office role: As a corporate based role in Boca Raton, FL, employees are expected to work from the corporate office.
