Job Description

The Account Management Client Consultant supports the ongoing management to assigned Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and state plans across the country providing administrative and tactical support with execution of day-to-day client interaction, request and activities. In this role you will help to ensure ModivCare is compliant to contractual expectations and creates a best in-class experience for their account stakeholders.

You will partner closely with ModivCare's leadership and mult-functional teams to monitor and ensure compliance to service delivery and financial requirements; identify and address service delivery deficiencies; create and implement corrective action plans; and identify and roll out new account service initiatives.

Essential Functions

  • Provides rapid, clear, insightful responses to Clients via email or phone.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to provide optimal problem resolution.
  • Champions new technology improvements and corporate initiatives.
  • Attends and facilitates client meetings in collaboration with National Director, Senior Director of Operations and Client Executive.
  • Communicates to Account Management regarding key Client insights including opportunities for enhanced service and/or expanded offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Problem solving ability
  • Strong business writing skills

Education

  • College degree required

Experience

  • 3+ years relevant work experience and at least 1 year management/supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Experience interacting with external customers, individuals, families, mental health, elder services and facilities programs
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal skills
  • Knowledge of clinical UR and QA, Medicaid, Medicare guidelines and covered services preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness

Computer Skills

  • Must be technologically competent with Microsoft products to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint software.

Salary: $45,917 - $61,222/annually
