Clerical And OS&D

Essential Job Duties:

· Reviews and investigates overages, shortages and damages in order to reduce or eliminate loss and damage claims.

· Performs other work related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate English

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Self-motivated/positive attitude

· OS&D and/or investigative experience preferred.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

· Strong verbal, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

· Experience with various office equipment: copier, printer, fax, etc.

· Administrative tasks to assist operations that include, but are not limited to:

o Answering the telephone

o Data Entry

o Validating documents

o Professional communications with internal and external customers

o Filing

o Scanning and imaging documents

o Other job duties as assigned and within the education requirements set forth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
