Earn up to $0.49 per mile* plus accessorial pay and get home weekly as a Dedicated account truck driver hauling multi-stop freight for Family Dollar, one of the fastest growing discount retail chains in the United States. Enjoy consistent freight volume on a consistent schedule.

Dedicated truck driver job overview

  • $69,210 to $84,590* average annual earnings, with weekly paychecks.
  • $98,800* top annual earning potential.
  • Up to $0.49 per mile* with weekly performance pay up to $0.04 per mile.
  • Home weekly.
  • 1,700 average miles per week within IA, IL, MN, MO, NE, ND, SD and WI.
  • 100% hand unload using gravity rollers and/or pallet jacks, with typically 2-3 stops per load and 3-4 loads per week.
  • $5,000 limited-time sign-on bonus for experienced drivers.
  • $2,500 limited-time sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers.
