Civil CAD Designer

Senior Civil CAD Designer with at least 5 years of experience in designing water/wastewater/stormwater conveyance infrastructure and site drainage and grading. The candidate will work alongside staff Engineers in the design and production of construction drawings for various water, stormwater, wastewater and reclaimed water projects.

Position responsibilities include:

• Preparation of site plans and details for water/wastewater facilities, pipelines, and storm water collection systems.
• Ability to align roadways and develop profiles of pipelines (gravity and pressure), site grading, and drainage features.
• Coordination with other disciplines.
• Compliance with company and client CAD standards and styles.
• Production and management of drawing sets.
• Ability to work on a team and collaborate on design/drawing production.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Completion of technical school with CAD design certificate or Associate Degree desired.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D Software skills required.
• Advanced understanding of civil engineering design principles required.
• Attention to detail required.
• ArcGIS Software skills desired.
