JOB DESCRIPTION-CHIP FRYER
Are you self-motivated! Are you the kind of person that knows what needs to be done and does it! Then you should apply for the Chip Fryer position! Your focus will be to cook the delicious chips our Guests love! You will be part of a team with a common goal, BE GUEST OBSESSED! And don’t forget to have FUN!
We want you to:
$10.00-$11.00
Position requires ability to learn Hacienda’s standard kitchen procedures,
organization, ability to perform functions quickly and accurately. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior food service experience is helpful but not necessary.

- Rotate tortillas properly to ensure freshness
- Cut tortillas to proper chip size
- Fry the tortillas to correct doneness
- Label and rotate bins of fresh fried chips
- Maintain and filter fryer for cleanliness and freshness of oil
