Responsibilities & Qualifications: RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Change Manager manages DTRA change activities to include:

    • Strong facilitator skills. This position serves as the facilitator the Requirements Review Board, Engineering Review Board, and the Configuration Control Board. This involves putting together each meeting's agenda, working with the various stakeholders and submitters to ensure the briefings go smoothly.
    • Fair knowledge of Remedy and SharePoint.
    • Able to coordinate with multiple project teams and stakeholders to manage and receive project artifacts and deliverables.
    • Maintains accurate configuration information on the historical, planned, and current state of projects as they move through the approval process.
    • CMDB experience preferred.
    • Standardize methods and procedures for efficient handling of approved system changes.
    • Ability to manage workload and schedule across multiple projects.
    • Exceptional attention to detail for quality control of documents and artifacts
    • The candidate must have experience with project management artifacts such as Project Plans, Project Schedules, Requirements Traceability Matrices, and system documentation.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • An active Secret security clearance is required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 Years of experience
  • Minimum of a Secret
  • Minimum of DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
