What success looks like in this role:

The Change Management Lead is responsible for identifying, understanding, and tracking all expected change impacts as a result of key Growth and Transformation initiatives to build a comprehensive change management and communications plan. This role will work across multiple workstreams and departments to accurately identify impacted associate groups, understand the necessary communications needs and interventions to facilitate successful change. Working across the Growth and Transformation team, the Change Management Lead will ensure the comprehensive change management and communications plan is well-coordinated, adheres to a well-defined strategy, and keeps the associate experience in mind.

The Change Management Lead will be a key member of the Growth and Transformation team. Our mission is to develop sustainable systems to enable consistent growth and transformation throughout the Enterprise Computing Solutions Organization of Unisys. The guiding pillars of our office include 1) Incubating and nurturing a high-performance environment, 2) Modernizing management systems and ways of working to compete in 2025 today, 3) Driving accountability and effective communication throughout the organization, and 4) Developing first-of-a-kind products for clients with market-leading customer experiences.

  • Orchestrating and recommending change initiatives (e.g., change ambassadors, office hours) across different organizational units.

  • Integrating change management activities into the overall Transformation Project plan.

  • Evaluating and ensuring user readiness while managing stakeholders across multiple functions.

  • Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while addressing resistance.

  • Regularly reviewing and assessing potential change fatigue across all stakeholders and providing recommendations to address.

  • Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

  • Assessing the change impact and complete change management assessments.

  • Defining and tracking KPIs to monitor progress of change within a broad range of the organization.

  • Actively driving a process improvement and innovation culture in line with the organization values, vision and mission.

  • Identifying, analyzing, preparing risk mitigation tactics.

  • Creating engagement and communications strategies and plans to ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of impending changes.

  • Working with appropriate departments to create coaching plans for enterprise leaders and associates and other key stakeholders.

  • Performing quantitative and qualitative assessment of change success and change adoption.

  • Soliciting feedback from stakeholders to determine the success of change management activities and ensure that behavioral changes align with strategic objectives.

  • Leading or supporting the implementation of change management, business process redesign or information planning.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience with at least 2 years managing large, more complex projects, generally up to $2M of services value per year

  • 5 or more years of organizational change management experience working with a structured change management methodology

  • Using business process redesign, change management and information planning tools and methodologies to identify new opportunities for growth

  • Successful track record of engagement capture and client relationship management

  • Experience supporting and creating change communications, employee engagement, leadership alignment

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills required

  • Must possess an aptitude for understanding and leveraging technology

  • Must be comfortable working in ambiguous environments

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer and associate experiences
