Job Description
Are you interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)?
If so, come join our team! You'll start in a role as a hospitality aide while you complete your CNA education and test. Once the training course is successfully completed and nurse aide exam is passed, you will be come a state registered nurse aide (SRNA) in the state of KY and function in that capacity in our facility.

We are a 106-bed healthcare center offering short-term rehabilitative care as well as long-term care. Our emphasis is on service excellence providing quality care in a homelike environment to allow for independence and to enable our patients and residents to receive the medical care they need, the restorative therapy they require, and the support they and their families deserve. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Providing residents with direct care and helping with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
  • Recording resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information, as assigned.
  • Participating in collecting data needed for the accurate completion of the MDS and plan of care.
  • Routinely turning and positioning residents, while using proper body mechanics to lift and transport.
  • Looking for ways to improve how we do things and helping make needed changes.

  • You must be compassionate and have a heart for serving older adults.
  • You need to be able to multi-task, manage your time really well with strong attention to detail.
  • You need to be an excellent communicator and team player.
  • You need to have a high level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
