Certified Caregiver

Full Time-- Friday-Monday 6am-2pm

Full Time-- Sunday-Thursday 2pm-10pm

Part Time-- Friday/Saturday 10pm-6am

Functions:

• Must love giving hugs
• Employee will be required to lift and transfer patients.
• Receive report from previous shift on each resident assigned to their care
• Document on all residents as needed
• Assist each resident with personal care needs, (dressing, bathing, toileting, eating, skin care, grooming, etc.).
• Assist residents to the dining area and provide set up of the meals as necessary. Necessary assistance should be provided to ensure adequate intake for all residents. Meal intakes are to be monitored, reported and recorded for every meal.
• Assist with residents during activity time according to the activity schedule and provide activities during non-scheduled times.
• Maintain accurate ADL charting, ensuring appropriate notes or communication is made on each resident.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
