Cell Tower Foreman

Tower Crew Foreman opportunities in Illinois and Wisconsin areas. Will be responsible for leading tower crew to complete new site builds.

Pay Rate: $28 - $32hrs an hour (depending on experience) plus overtime. Per Diem will be provided for those who are eligible.

Essential Function:

* Ability to read CDs and diagrams
* Perform inventory check to verify all materials and supplies needed to complete job.
* Lead tower crew by assigning them daily tasks needed to complete job
* Make sure crew is following proper safety in accordance to customer and OSHA standards
* Ensure team meets customers quality standards
* Work with Construction Managers to make job is co
* When needed, assisted with installing radios, antennas, and associated RF equipment
* When needed, assisted with Running power and fiber jumpers.
* Troubleshooting Alarms / RSSI issues using supplied sweep gear.
* Performing electrical down tilts and mechanical down tilts using supplied antenna controller units.
* May devise jumper connections with knowledge from connector training.
* Climbing communications structures, such as: guyed; self-supporting; monopoles; building/rooftops; grain silos; etc.
* Performing audits: safety; defect and quality.
* Provide neccesary photos and documents needed for close-out packages
* Follow company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks

Certifications and Training

* Rescue certification is preferred
* Anritsu training preferred
* OSHA certification preferred
* CPR and First Aid certification preferred
