Job Description

Fresh Dining Concepts in Baton Rouge, LA is looking for cashier / baker to join our 20 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. Experience is not required. Training will be provided to ensure employee's success.
Scheduling

*Very flexible scheduling within the store's operational hours. It is very important to discuss availability and schedule limitations with manager during interview to ensure the best outcome for the company and candidate. *Full-time and part-time positions available.
Responsibilities

*Rolling and baking the world famous Auntie Anne's pretzels. *Bring happiness to all our customers by providing a wonderful experience at the register. *Clean the store and maintain company's hygienic standards. *Restock and prepare store to ensure the store's excellent operations. *Sample products and hand out coupons. *Ensure pretzel product 's freshness throughout the day. *Prepare dough and make lemonade.
Qualifications

*Must be 18+ years old. *Must be able to handle money. *Must have reliable transportation. Candidate must be capable of showing up to work on time for scheduled shifts. *Must have excellent customer service skills. *Must be able to follow instructions given by supervisors and managers. *Must be open to learning. *Must have can do attitude. *Must be able to occasionally lift heavy items.
