Job Description

We're dedicated to continuous growth to improve our client service. Our firm is seeking an energetic, dependable individual to join our Case Management team.

A Case Manager is responsible for assisting new and existing Veteran clients with their legal disability claim both in person and over the telephone. The position requires a compassionate individual to help clients understand the requirements and status of their legal case. A Case Manager must be able to build client loyalty and trust by providing high quality technical services in a high-volume environment. This client-centered position requires effective communication skills and a high level of accountability.

  • Responsible for assisting client requests via telephone
  • Responsible for assisting clients with completing forms
  • Responsible for educating clients regarding disability claim process over the telephone
  • Responsible for responding to client's emails/correspondence
  • Responsible for reviewing cases to identify issues and ensure the case is progressing
  • Responsible for meeting with clients in person as needed
  • Responsible for processing client mail and VA documents in a timely manner
  • Responsible for submitting any needed forms/reports to the VA and other related agencies
  • Responsible for conducting Initial Contact Calls to clients
  • Responsible for developing case strategies in an attempt to guide the claim to a favorable decision
  • Responsible for meeting assigned goals while maintaining quality
  • Responsible for returning all voicemails by the end the business day or within 24 hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.32 per hour
