Carpenter Helper/Laborer

Ideal candidate must:

• Follow all safety and precautionary measures while operating power tools and other equipment.
• Meet specified deadlines and completing all the assigned work by the supervisor.
• Understand the specified requirements of the client and working on the specified guidelines to accomplish the same.
• Prepare materials needed for daily operations including unloading truck
• Keep the work area clean and well organized.
• Maintain a daily work record.
• Install structures, framing and fixtures, such as windows, flooring, and trim, or hardware, using carpenter's hand and power tools.
• Finish surfaces of woodwork or wallboard in houses and buildings, using paint, hand tools, and paneling.
• Arrange for subcontractors to deal with special areas such as heating, ventilation and electrical wiring
• Study specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
