Job Description

Cardiac/ Telemetry Monitoring Technician. MUST be able to read EKG Strips and notify nurse/Dr of any abnormalites and in rhythm. EKG or Cardiac Certification is idea. Multiple shifts available including part time.

  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Successful completion of Rhythm Recognition course-preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year technical experience
  • Previous direct Telemetry Technician or EKG Technician experience is required
  • Basic analytical skills in order to recognize abnormal heart rhythms or artifact in test data and to notify appropriate personnel
  • Ability to operate cardiac monitors, and take EKG on patients
