Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator ("Coordinator") provides support to the Recruiting team as they recruit, screen, evaluate, and hire candidates. The Coordinator will focus on campus recruiting candidates, and assist with experienced and non-exempt candidates. The position includes a high level of teamwork and responsibility, with heavy interaction with all levels of employees, including Principals and management, as well as other members of the Human Resources department. Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results People:
  • Create a positive team member experience.
Client:
  • Coordinates communication with applicants.
  • Arranges and administers interview schedules with internal clients, including scheduling meeting times and rooms.
Value:
  • Coordinates air, lodging, and transportation arrangements for candidates.
  • Reviews applications to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
  • Proctors assessment tests.
  • Processes offer letters.
  • Maintains reports that reflect interview activity and EEO information.
  • Updates Applicant Tracking System with candidate information and provides candidate paperwork to Human Resources Administration at point of offer acceptance.
  • Performs and monitors reference and background checks on applicants.
  • Files and maintains employment records for future references.
  • Assists with campus recruiting, including scheduling events and interviews.
  • Processes departmental invoices related to purchasing card, vendors, and on-campus events.
  • Participates on committees and special projects, and seeks additional responsibilities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience: High-school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required and/or a related field preferred with zero to two years prior related human resources or recruiting experience. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, HRIS, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
