About the team:
The AMS Campaigns team is chartered with developing integrated global campaigns to support ServiceNow’s big bet initiatives. We are goaled against driving new marketing created pipeline to support the success of our business units, sales and field marketing teams. Our team is aligned to our priority personas and customer conversations, or our big themes on how to talk to prospects and customers in the marketplace. We collaborate close with our corporate marketing and brand counterparts, as well as our geo-based marketing teams to provide a consistent message to our audiences, with compelling offers that generate demand for our cloud-based workflow automation platform. Join our team to learn more about campaign operations and strategy.

Successful Candidates will be involved many of the activities below:

  • Support our webinar program including building target landing pages for events, creating scorecards for all webinars, support reporting needs for performance reviews, building promotional programs via social media.
  • Works cross functionally with campaign team members to track workback schedules and manage SURF tickets for projects.
  • Be a point of contact for working with Field Marketing teams to share out webinar plans and links so sales can promote to customers and prospects.
  • Support social media promotion of webinars with comms team

Role Requirements
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, English Major, or a similar field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with spreadsheets and power points; experience using digital marketing systems (i.e. webinar, social media tools, SharePoint, wiki sites,
  • Self-starter, willing to take initiative, well organized and able to connect project objectives with execution details
  • Positive attitude, and growth mindset to be curious about what works, what doesn’t and why
  • Able to build good cross functional relationship with a variety of teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
