Job Description

Supportworks is looking for a Call Center Operations Director for our Hello Garage franchise network. Hello Garage is a franchise of nation-wide companies that sells and installs garage flooring, storage, and more. The Call Center is responsible for setting all sales appointments and following up on unsold sales proposals. In this role, you’ll manage a team of Call Center Specialists, sometimes working alongside them, to set these appointments, follow up with customers, and create a remarkable customer experience.

How You’ll Impact Our Company & Customers:

  • LEAD THE TEAM: You’ll lead the team by hiring great people, giving them an excellent onboarding experience and ongoing training, providing them with accountability to reach their goals, and coaching them to be the best they can be.
  • CREATE REVENUE: You’ll coach and inspire the team in meeting their individual and team Key Performance Indicators, ensuring that all customer inquiries are booked into appointments. Your team’s success directly translates into financial success for our franchisees.
  • GENERATE FRANCHISEE & CUSTOMER HAPPINESS: You’ll be the point person to ensure we are giving top-notch customer service to our franchisees and their customers.

What We’d Like You to Have:

  • KNOWLEDGE: Call center management experience, preferably where you successfully met goals and had a track record for creating a happy team with high employee retention.
  • SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES: A passion for leading people well and creating strong culture. A competitive nature to meet and exceed goals. Strong communication skills. Ability to provide and inspire top-notch customer service.
  • LOCATION: This position is not remote, and requires reporting to Papillion, NE.
