ABOUT THE POSITION


Truvani is looking for a skilled Call Center Manager with sales experience. Our Call Center Manager will take the lead on scaling a system and team for outbound sales calls. Our team calls past customers and will have between 10-15 reps at the time this position is filled. Our goal is to have 30-50 reps by the end of 2021.


Our Call Center Manager should have exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of our products and our mission.

  • Possess an understanding of the Truvani mission, our products, and the issues representatives and our customers are facing.
  • Experienced with Five9 and Shopify a plus.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE


  • Maximizing our systems for outbound sales calls that get results. This includes researching customer base to find the best leads and creating offers that will entice them to buy.
  • Coaching and leading call center team for outbound sales calls.
  • Working with our hiring and training team to identify and train quality reps.
  • Writing scripts and tracking the results for outbound sales calls.
  • Providing leadership and vision to your team; developing objectives for day-to-day activities, long-term goals, and representative expectations.
  • Identifying and communicating areas of needed training and/or policy changes to help your team better serve our customers.
  • Scheduling and leading team meetings to troubleshoot ways to improve processes and performance.
  • Promoting a positive customer service culture to meet and exceed the needs of customers.
  • Create and implement a commission structure for our Call Center Representatives
