St. Joseph Hospital Dietary Per Diem/Contingent · Varied Shifts · 11:30a - 8:00p Req Number: 20377

JOB SUMMARY

Perform daily and weekly sanitation and perform job routines and other tasks as directed by Cafeteria Supervisor. Comply with all hospital policies and State and Federal regulations while performing duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Position Requirements:

  • Candidates must have flexibility with scheduling and be willing to work some weekends and holidays

Required Skills:

  • Read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence and the ability to write simple correspondence
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other associates of the department
  • Add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's with the ability to perform these operations using units of American money, weight measurement, and volume
  • Apply common sense understanding carrying out simple one or two-step instructions
  • Multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform other general responsibilities as assigned
