Busser Aura

Scope of Position
As a busser, you will provide support to restaurant servers and the overall operation of the restaurant by clearing and setting tables and replenishing service areas as necessary to ensure our guests’ satisfaction. Without this support the overall operations and quality of service provided by our servers will not be achieved.

Schedule Requirements
Schedule will vary; working weekends, evening, and holidays will be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Clean, set and clear tables in support of restaurant servers.
• Provide serving support to servers – beverage and food
• Maintain restaurant in clean and orderly manner.
• Move table and chairs as required.
• Coordinate stocking of linens with laundry operations.
• Transport all dirty tableware to dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Stock and maintain stations with necessary equipment – china, glass, linen and silver.
• Serve water, bread, butter, condiments and beverage such as coffee, tea.
• Helping other outlets within the department as needed.
• Responsible for practicing, managing and promoting our Mission and Values so that if becomes intricate part of the everyday operation.
• Completes any duties or projects assigned by the Food and Beverage manager.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Previous exposure to a restaurant environment preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma required or preferred.
• CPR/Heimlich required or will provide training.

Language Skills:

• Fluency of the English language is required (read, write, speak)
• Must be able to listen to, read and/or write instructions, memos, short correspondences, and messages.
