How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success:

The Business Systems Analyst, ServiceNow is responsible for the overall coordination with the business system users to ensure ServiceNow platform features are properly defined, documented, and implemented. Works directly with the business system users to resolve issues and optimize utilization of the system. Provides testing support, training and full documentation of functional needs and software solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Design, configure and test solutions on the Now Platform, to support business processes and continuous improvement.
• Collect and translate user needs and ideas into technical requirements. Writes and approves validation deliverable documentation such as user requirements, validation strategy documentation, testing plans and design documentation as needed.
• Assess and understand customer needs and leverage technical understanding of ServiceNow to make recommendations in alignment with best practices.
• Define, document, and manage project scopes, goals, priorities, deliverable, and timelines that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve systems issues within the business community. Engage internal resource groups as needed to accomplish. Address emergency and/or urgent issues timely.

What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related Business discipline required.
• Five (5) years business or systems analyst experience required; Two (2) years system validation and documentation preferred.
• Three (3) years ServiceNow experience with implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform required. Two (2) years ServiceNow Administrative Experience preferred.
• Two (2) years project management experience preferred.
• Two (2) years Nuvolo Administrative experience preferred.
• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification preferred.
• ServiceNow Certifications preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail: Able to perform tasks thoroughly and with car; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/completeness and early/on-time delivery.
