Job Description

Solutions include everything from provider market analysis, reasonable value claim reports, claim negotiations, and referenced based repricing. Our mission is to leverage passion and exemplary customer service to support our stakeholders in making informed financial decisions about healthcare reimbursement.


In response to our rapid growth, we are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR), reporting to the COO. The primary responsibility of the BDR is to deliver against the organization’s growth strategy through the expansion of the company’s customer base, while helping to scale our growing business with new process and systems. Your goal is to fill the pipelines for the Business Development team.


What you will be doing:

  • Identify and help to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers.
  • Manage the reporting process for use by the management team and the board of directors/investors.
  • Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
  • Pitch healthcare reimbursement services to potential new clients, differentiating our services from the competition’s products.
  • Stay informed of our established client base, and work to become ever-present with similar potential clients.
  • Expand the client base by seeking out clientele who may not have initially been marketing targets for our organization.
  • Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the healthcare reimbursement field preferred
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a client facing role, preferably business development
  • A “roll up your sleeves” self starter/motivator that is nimble and able to adapt based on priorities
  • Strong project management aptitude and ability to manage a project/process through from start to finish.
