The REEF Security Solutions Business Development Manager will primarily be responsible for assisting the Security Division's leaders in identifying, managing, and developing new business opportunities. This role will report to the Vice President assigned to the region this role will support.

What You'll Do:

• Understand the Division's business strategy to effectively develop opportunities for implementing the company's service and technology ecosystem solution with on and off platform customers.
• Source opportunities through relationship, research, and networking.
• Manage sales process from identification through closing, including preparing necessary documentation for meetings, client follow up, contract documentation and CRM tracking.
• Manage and maintain multiple relationships within commercial real estate, healthcare, high tech campus, residential property and other market verticals.
• Maintain a detailed pipeline of activity for use by management to understand and track work in progress, including client/prospect, location, size of job, revenue, and gross margin.
• Prepare summaries prior to client/prospect meetings with background for other participants attending the meeting, including client/prospect background, site overview, opportunities for REEF and its sister companies, and expectations.
• Assist in managing the contract negotiation process for new contract acquisition.
• Understand site level performance for individual accounts.
• Complete internal requests for information from other departments, including operations.
• Travel from place to place as required.
• Work on special projects to be determined by the Security leaders.
• Other duties may be assigned and modified by supervisor.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in selling Security, Janitorial, Parking or other "service" offering in a commercial real estate or similar role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and previous experience using different CRM platforms preferred
• Travel on occasion up to 25% of the time to conduct supplier meetings and inventory location audits, management.
