For more on our EDI efforts please go to our EDI Council Page The ctcLink Business Applications Manager position supports LWTech's migration to and support of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This position reports to and is supervised by the Chief Information Officer. This role assists in ensuring the project is implemented on schedule by planning, tracking, and reporting the college tasks that must be carried out as identified and planned by the PM. To support this project, the BAM/OCM will collaborate with the PM, the project team, and the college's business area staff. The Business Application Manager’s responsibilities in project and change management include, but are not limited to: project support to the PM; project planning, communication and administration; Organizational Change Management, business process discovery and change; and new business process training.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Organizational Change Management (Pre-Launch)Consults and collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing business processes, their workflows and supporting activities and technologies so they can be aligned with the new ctcLink ERP processesWorks with college area process/functional coordinator teams, and subject matter experts (SME's) to ensure processes, data, technology systems, and security roles for ERP system end users are defined and understood, and presents information to work groups, project teams, and stakeholdersWorks with college area process/functional coordinator teams, and subject matter experts (SME's) to conduct gap analysis between current and future processes and their outputs and reporting requirements, identifies potential risks in the change-over, then develops and presents solutions with stakeholdersLeads Data Configuration activities with College SME'sLeads User Acceptance testing activities with College SME'sAssists the PM in OCM training by identifying ctcLink and business process training, and monitors, tracks and reports on OCM training activities to their completionProject Implementation Support (Pre-Launch)Works closely with the LWTech Project Manager and LWTech business area teams, and coordinates with the Washington State Board's project oversight team and their contractors on ctcLink project work, scope, schedule, implementation activities and change management activitiesBuilds and maintains working relationships with all departments on campus, project oversight teams, clients and members of assigned project teamsAssists the PM in development of project communications and the routine preparation and distribution of ctcLink information to all stakeholdersCollaborates with the project teams, and with partner institutions, to plan, schedule and execute specific tasks (functional area and Information Technology) to ensure completion of project tasksTracks and updates status reporting on the progress and issues impacting the project or change management implementation tasksBusiness Application Support (Post-Launch)Lead support contact for all business applications related to ctcLinkManages local LWTech ctcLink helpdesk. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum QualificationsAssociates degree in a related field with 1-2 years of experience in project/management support, planning, and implementation; or five (5) years sufficient combination of education and related work experience. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Salary is between $75,000 per year, depends on qualifications. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position. Working hours are typically 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday; some evening and weekend hours as needed. Medical, dental and insurance benefits are provided as currently administered under Public Employees Benefits Board; State Retirement Plan; vacation begins to accrue 2 day's per month and sick leave begins to accrue at 1 day per month, effective upon employment.
