The ChangeScout Product Management Team is responsible for designing, building, supporting, and delivering groundbreaking new products and features supporting innovative and practical ways to drive change readiness and adoption, while managing our existing product portfolio of software, analytics, and SaaS-based products.

We're seeking a motivated Business Analyst to help build Human Capital solutions used by the biggest and most influential businesses around the world. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly communicate technical concepts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in one or more applications.
  • Initiate and lead recurring meetings with Business Leaders and Product Owners to understand and document.

  • Decompose high level requirements into Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
  • Initiate and lead recurring meetings with the Scrum Team (Dev, UX/UI, QA) to.
    • review, refine, and improve your User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
    • answer questions and/or document them for subsequent review with Business Leaders and Product Owners
    • follow "best practices" to ensure User Stories can be pulled into the next Sprint
  • Initiate and lead recurring User Story mapping sessions when building larger solutions.
  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog.
  • Assist QA with defect validation and testing.
  • Define, document, and lead User Acceptance Testing activities with users.
  • Participate in Scrum Ceremonies - Release and Sprint Planning, Sprint Kickoffs, Standups, Story Grooming, and Retrospectives.
  • Contributes to the creation of marketing, sales, and learning collateral.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ yrs working with Business Leaders and Product Owners converting "blue sky" concepts into high level requirements.
  • 2+ yrs running User Story grooming workshops with Scrum teams (Agile and Scrum processes)
  • Ability to travel 0- 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent Salesforce experience
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to write clear and concise User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
  • Ability to translate and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Ability to employ research and analytical thinking
  • Strong sense of ownership and passion for technology
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Extremely detail oriented; nothing escapes you
