BREWING LEAD (CISCO)

Cisco Brewers is currently hiring for a Brewing Lead to join our team at the Portsmouth Brewery. Reporting to the Brewing Manager, the Brewing Lead is responsible for managing the brewing and finishing processes and leading a team of brewers.
Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team of brewers.
• Work closely with brewing team to achieve desired quality and production targets.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and quality management of raw materials.
• Monitor progress of beer through production cycle via brewery information system.
• Work with other departments throughout the brewing, racking and packaging process.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of experience; brewing certification a plus.
• 3+ years of brewing industry experience; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts with varying hours, including nights.
• Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Packaging and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Team player mentality and positive attitude.
