Job Description

Independence Behavior Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor who wants to make a difference in the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We provide high-quality, clinic-based ABA therapy and have clinics in Hinesville and Richmond Hill, GA, outside of Savannah, GA. We are looking to add passionate and fun Behavior Analysts to our team in order to accommodate our growing clinics! An ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, has a strong work ethic, is a team player, and possesses strong time management skills. *This position requires relocation to the Savannah, GA area. *

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising and training staff
  • Overseeing company internship program candidates and trainings
  • Facilitating bi-weekly parent trainings
  • Conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans with socially significant goals that are individualized to meet the needs of each individual client
  • Analyzing data and making treatment decisions
  • Updating client goals and treatment plans
  • Other duties as specified

Required Qualifications Include:

  • Reliable transportation
  • 1 year minimum of supervisory/leadership position (preferred)
  • A BCBA certificate in good standing
  • Master's degree of higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • 3 Outstanding professional references
